Taenia solium, also known as the "pork tapeworm", is a parasite that enters its host through them eating pork. The worm attaches itself to the stomach wall (as shown above) and feeds of the materials eaten by the host. When first attached, the worm is extremely weak against any form of antibody, but as enough time passes for the body to make the antibodies, the worm would have adapted to this and would be immune, becoming a metacetode. when faced with an antibody, it can release a protein with C1q, which attaches to an antibody and neutralizes it, taeniastatin, and polysaccharides which neutralizes the antibody and, in turn, strengthens the worm. In fact, this worm actually helps increase the rate at which the chemical is produced. This means the normal method of removal is surgery.
